We partnered with Travancore Creative Consultants LLP to design our products with a focus on the people who use them. Instead of following a standard design process, they work closely with us and our healthcare domain architects to understand real-world needs. By gathering direct input from those who use the system daily, they create designs that are practical and easy to use.
Their involvement doesn’t stop after the initial design. They test and validate their work, making improvements based on feedback to ensure the system remains simple and effective. This ongoing process helps refine the design over time, making it easier for healthcare professionals to use while keeping up with changing needs.
